pre k & school age children 12 years of age . Safety

Security and safety of children is a top priority.secure environment,we are monitoring system out side and inside  while

in our care . . All parents are required for  For emergency pick up . Must have form filled out  if someone else has to pick

up your child other than you and there driver licence.  recording the identity of persons picking up or receiving a child,

such as a copy of valid photo identification, driver’s license number and car tag numbers. The information must be retained in the child’s records for at least three months. -parents are scaned  and other people who are on the pick up list as well . Playgrounds are securely fenced around the entire property.We provide a ‘peace of mind’Knowing your child is safe while in our care.we have childproof covers  threw out our place  & frount and back doors . Each toy is cleaned during nap time ,Each child that is potty trained is cleaned before next child  use of rest room. All of our medcine , cleaning supplys is in a locking cabnet away from childrens reach . Each child  has area to place there  thing . Each food item is

prepared proper standers threw license threw the state operations of licensed child care for compliance with the licensing standards, rules and laws of the state of Texas .We are current working on our licence to open  .Praying with gods help anything is possible  . Each baby items are washed daily to be germ free . There are pack and plays  for each baby that we care for & each is cleaned daily after child use . Nap pads for the children during nap time.We are trained in  sids  & cpr and frist aide  . We have a frist aide kit on sight  case for emergencys . Our emgergency plain case of a storm We huddel down in hall way way from windows .If we have to evacuate the building each child is accounted for and  head  count  .Children brought out side to the right side of the  of frount of building.

Medication

Parents must sign an authorization for child care center employee to administer medication to a child, including the times of administering medication according to label directions Medication must be in an original container with a label that contains the child’s full name and the date it was brought to the child care center Medication must be administered in dosages according to the label directions or as amended by a physician. -

 

We understands the need for value, and we arrange our pricing tiers for Level of care  and time & hours of day child care is needed . Each of our competitive with other quality programs in each  area. In most cases, we are priced at, or below, other  providers in our area .

Well-balanced meals are served.we see that  your child’s daily nutritional needs are met Healthy and free nutritional food breakfast, lunch, and snacks, Milk juice ,water.If you as a parent want to bring your childs snack and  meal we ask parents to keep in a sealed or it to be covered plastic tub  .We will label your childs name   on there food item . For children who require special diet, the child care place   must obtain a written approval from a physician or a registered and licensed dietician -We must let  all  personnel involved in food preparation must be informed of a child’s special diet requirements.We t sanitize food service equipment, dishes, and utensils after each use .Menu  are planned in advance to ensure that adequate food will be available at any given feeding time -

How Do I Sign Up?

 

My services  is open year round.  Please call or email for available openings.  At which time an interview may be scheduled. 

The interview gives you, the parent looking for childcare and myself, the opportunity to meet, engage in conversation about the needs of your children and your desires in your childcare experience. I will ask many questions as well, to help decide if this placement is going to be the best fit for your family.

Actual enrollment occurs when your child(rens) spot in this childcare is reserved. The registration fee of $ 25 paid in full at this time and the enrollment packet is taken to be completed. *If there are no spots available at the time you are needing to start care, a wait list is created. If an opening does come available you will be contacted. Disenrollment; If at such a time that a termination of contract with needed, a mandatory 2 week notice is require to end the financial agreement.

Tuition

I do not have age break down rates; Infants do require more frequent diaper changes and physical attention, as a toddler& babys  requires lots of physical attention and social skills training, as a potty trainer requires extra attention and time in the restroom to obtain the confidence and skills to be independent in the restroom. Each of these life stages require different things, but just the same amount of attention.

Tuition is always paid prior to any childcare provided.

Late Pickup Fee: If child is not picked up by closing at 6:00 pm after late pick up there is  a  fee  per minute fee is charged until child is picked up,fee is due before child can return to childcare. Fee to be paid in cash only.

Late Payment Fee: If payment is not received by 5:00 pm on day payment is due an automatic $25.00 a day (include Sat. & Sun) fee will be imposed and due before child can return to childcare. . Late fee to be paid in cash only.Late fees of 5.00 per min .

All ctuition payments will be accepted through an  automatic  Cash  or check.

Below you see our daily and weekly rates .If you sign your child up for  4 days  per week,Then you pay your child fee for part time   . If you sign your child up for 5 days  per week then you will pay the weekly rate .

 

What if your child doesn attend that one day ?  The days your child is the  absent you will pay each week even if child is absent.IF your child is sick or we are closed due to holidays , your still required to pay the days that you have picked for your child to attend . We are holding this spot for your child .

  MEALS

we ask for you to let us know that moring if your child is going to be joining us that at  6 am and   for lunch time so that we know how much food  to make for the day .

if your child  going to be  staying with us until   later time  please let us know  so meals can be made  . weekend care  we offer snack time  we dont cook meals  after 5:00pm  this also inculdes weekend care We dont give cokes  to kids only healty snacks threw the day .

breakfast until 7:30 am, and an afternoon snack.Lunch time is at 12 noon and snacks after  lunch time. If your child has any food allergies  please let us know .Parents are responsible for furnishing food when a child requires a special diet..For parents paying a lower rate of cost  of care  are required to bring there childs food  for means to supply  .Must meet health gide lines . d .

Drop offs and pick up time

If your child is to be picked up by anyone who is not listed on the enrollment form , you MUST make prior arrangements with us. Driver’s License Identification (With Picture) will be required of the person picking up your child.All parents and persons picking up the child will  be scaned for photo id  and kept on file with us .Ever parent has a code for your child  person picking up your child must know the code you choose for the person picking up your child .

 

What your child needs to bring in care with us .

INFANT :   We do not supply  the following  baby food ,diapers formlua .We ask parents to bring a good amount of supply for your child . We wellcome for you to bring  a good month supply for your child to keep on hand. IF you dont bring babby food for your child .You will be required to pick up the child or bring food to us .We will label your childs food that you bring in and store in safe place.

Your child will need several changes of clothes including socks that fit the child and the season .Infants need an  supply of diapers, wipes, baby food, and bottles with formula and/or juice for each.we ask each parent to label  itmes for your child that your  bring while they are in our care.
Toddlers need covered sip cups, and  supply of diapers, wipes and several pairs of underwear  pull ups  and socks if being potty trained. Also your child will  need a  nap pad or sleeping bag for nap time
All children may bring a small blanket, a soft cuddly toy and a pacifier if needed for naps.  Please be very sure that all items are clearly labeled with your child’s name.

 

Children should come to  little noah christian child care  properly prepared for the weather. Clothing for each seasons . such as jackets  & please have there name inside there jackets We ask you to send your child in play clothes not there best clothes while in our care .We ask you things you dont mind  kids at play such ask like play clothes .Children  clothes should be suitable for messy creative activities such as creative art, cooking, mud and sand play that use materials which can sometimes stain.  Clothes that are too good to risk being stained or torn should not be worn.Please label all items.We ask parents not for children to bring money or anything of value that means  such as personal  special items of the child   that can be broken that your child brings .
